In Fulfillment Of The Engineering Contract, The Contractor Is Expected To Perform The Following Activities: - Geodetic Surveying Of The Adjacent Terrains, If Necessary; - Additional Studies If Necessary; - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase For The Site, In Scope And With Content According To Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, The Legal And By-Laws Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority ; - Carrying Out All The Necessary Activities For Coordinating The Investment Project With The Contracting Authority, Central And Territorial Administrations, Specialized Control Bodies And Operating Companies, On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority; - Reflecting The Recommendations And Remarks Made During The Coordination Procedures With The Contracting Authority, Central And Territorial Administrations, Specialized Control Bodies And Operating Companies; - Obtaining All Necessary Opinions And Permits Necessary To Carry Out His Work, According To Bulgarian Legislation; - Lawful, Qualitative And Timely Initiation, Implementation And Completion Of Construction, Including The Supply Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Labor And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And Investment Projects, According To The Territorial Planning Law (Zut) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, All Other Valid Legal Documents And The Implementation Agreement; - Timely Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 163, Para. 2, Item 3 Of The Zut; - Storage And Provision Upon Request By The Other Participants In The Construction Or By A Control Body Of The Construction Documents, The Order Book Of The Constructions Under Art. 170, Para. 3 Of The Zut, The Acts And Protocols Drawn Up During The Construction, And Other Technical Documentation On The Implementation Of The Constructions; - Authors Supervision During The Construction In Volume And With Content According To The Zut And The By-Laws And Normative Documents On Its Implementation; - Preparation Of Executive Documentation According To Art. 175 Of The Law On Territorial Planning And Cadastral Surveys Of The Objects In The Scope Necessary To Fulfill The Obligations Of The Contracting Authority Arising From Art. 54A, Para. 2 Of The Law On Cadastre And Land Registry - Samples And Tests At The Completion Of Construction And Installation Works, Where Necessary; - Removal Of All Detected Defects Within The Warranty Period; - Warranty Service Until The Warranty Period Expires. - Fulfillment Of The Administrative Requirements According To The Applicable Regulations.
