Construction Supervision Services – Technical Management Services (Consultancy, Supervision, Site Supervision And Management And Work Reception) Within The Project Unclogging Of Lakes In The Danube Delta To Reduce Eutrophication And Maintain Biological Diversity. As Part Of This Contract, The Following Activities Will Be Carried Out: - Assistance And Consultancy During The Implementation Of The Project For The Administration And Fulfillment Of The Requirements Of The Financing Contract. During The Entire Period Of The Project, Work Meetings Will Be Organized, Both At The Beneficiarys Headquarters And At The Consultants Headquarters/Locations, During Which The Work Stages, The Achieved Objectives And The Approach To The Activities In The Project Will Be Discussed In Order To Facilitate The Implementation Of The Measures. Project Team Members Who Are Involved In Technical Management Will Oversee The Smooth Running Of All Technical, Economic And Administrative Activities. For Each Activity And Sub-Activity, Members Of The Team Are Designated Responsible For Their Good Performance And Control. Each Sub-Activity Manager Will Make A Report Of The Activity Supported Within The Sub-Activity. In This Way, It Will Be Possible To Make Quarterly Evaluations On The Evolution Of The Project And Propose New Directions In The Conditions Where The Activities Do Not Evolve According To The Established Plan. In The Technical Management Of The Project Will Be Involved Members With Expertise In Project Management, Including In The Administration And Development Of Human And Material Resources, Members With Experience In Feasibility Studies, In Prior Technical Verification And Assistance/Consultancy In The Development Of Projects, Dissemination Of Results, In The Identification Technical Risks That Could Have A Negative Impact On The Project, Also Members With Skills In Following International Management Standards To Solve Blockages And Optimize Operations. The Members Of The Project, Involved In Technical Management, Ensure The Implementation Of Techniques And Methods To Help You In The Management Of The Implementation Stages, Of The Teams Involved In The Activities And Sub-Activities. - Strengthening The Institutional Capacity Of The Contracting Authority, Respectively Support For The Preparation Of Reports, Clarifications, Etc. Requested By The Financier During The Entire Period Of The Contract, The Consultant Will Respond In A Timely Manner To Requests For Clarifications Received From The Financier. In Order To Formulate The Answer, The Beneficiary Will Receive The Support Of The Entire External Team, Where Appropriate. The Internal Team Of The Beneficiary Will Communicate Permanently With The External Teams In Order To Collect The Necessary Information, The Supporting Documents That Support Those Supported In The Formulated Answer. Also, The Teams Of The Beneficiary And The Consultant Will Work Together To Produce All The Reports Requested By The Financier, In The Relevant Time And Form. In Case Of Receiving Requests For Clarifications, The Applicant Will Send The Points From The Requests To The External Team In Order To Prepare The Related Answer. - Technical Assistance For Work Supervision, Site Management Including Technical Assistance On
