A Particular Challenge Is The Implementation Of The Complex, Numerically Optimized Layer Structures. The Trial Operation Planned In The Network Is To Be Achieved By Developing A Mobile Solution In The Form Of A Tank Frame With Appropriate Connection Points That Meets The Requirements Of Logistics And End Users. The Second Tank Variant Is A Mass-Optimized Steel Tank. Due To Its Low Weight, This Should Be Suitable For Transporting Hydrogen By Rail And Road. The Metal Alloys Previously Used To Store This Gas Have Insufficient Strength. Therefore, A High-Strength Yet Tough Alloy Should Be Developed. Following The Design And Calculation Of The Tank, A Manufacturing Strategy Is Developed And Validated On Demonstrators.
