The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Serve As An Accredited Qualified Body, Notified Body And Independent Evaluator As Part Of The Nexteo Development And Deployment Project On Lines B And D Of The Rer. The Risk Analysis Assessment Body (Asbo/Oear) Of Nexteo-Bd Has The Mission Of Evaluating The Risk Management Process According To The Criteria Of The Common Security Method Relating To The Assessment And Risk Assessment. The Contract Was Placed In A Group Of Orders With Ratp / Sncf-R / Sncf-V, With An Order Grouping Agreement. The Groups Agent Is Sncf Réseau. This Contract Is Entered Into In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Single-Award Purchase Orders With Minimum Amount And Maximum Amount. The Contract Includes A Fixed Price Part Which Constitutes The Minimum Amount Of The Framework Agreement In The Amount Of €1,515,725.64, Expressed In Value On The Basis Of The Total Amount Of This Part Contractualized When Signing The Contract. And A Part For Purchase Orders For The Following Services, The Quantities Of Which Are Estimates And Will Be Indicated In The Dqe And The Maximum Amount Of Which Is Set At €2,535,377.30 Excluding Tax.
