Scope of Work The consultant be for aspects video production, conceptualization scripting filming, editing, final delivery. 1. Document Review and Concept Development (approx. 5 days) 2. Document Review: Collect review BORDA documents inform development the video concept. 3. Storyboard Creation: Propose video concept develop storyboard that outlines sequence scenes, graphics, key messages on reviewed documents. 4. Pre-Production and Filming (approx. 14 days in Lao and Cambodia) 5. Location Scouting and Filming: Select suitable locations filming BORDAs and initiatives Southeast Asia. Capture high-quality footage the organizations work, including interviews b-roll footage showcasing sites, community interactions, environmental landscapes (locations could recommended by BORDA) 6. Interviews: Conduct interviews key stakeholders such local authorities, beneficiaries including BORDA staff, partners, provide firsthand accounts BORDAs achievements contributions. 7. Post-Production (approx. 5 days) 8. Video Editing and Audio Enhancement: Edit collected footage create cohesive engaging video narrative.
