Tenders are invited for Assignment of Legal Procurement Advisor (Lpa) Expert Team For the procurement of these Services the Austrian Public Procurement Act is applied (Austrian Federal Public Procurement Act, PPA_2018) and a direct award procedure (single tender) is carried out. The ADA acts as the Contracting Authority. Several bidders are invited to submit an offer.
