Tenders are invited for Construction of Customs Offices in Hobyo 1. With funding from FCDO through Adam Smith Internationals Premis 2 Programme, the Galmudug State of Somalia (GSS), Somalia has set aside funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for the Construction of Customs Offices for the Ministry of Finance of Galmudug State in Hobyo. 2. GSS invites sealed bids (Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors (Bidders) to provide the Works referenced above, which is being offered as a lump-sum fixed price contract. 3. Bidding will be conducted using Competitive Bidding and is open to all eligible Bidders that meet the qualification criteria stipulated in Section III, 4. Please note that a pre-Bid meeting will be held. A pre-Bid visit to Site will be conducted on 1st September 2024 and it is for Bidders to make their own arrangements. From 30-31 August 2024. All Bids will be delivered in the format and in the manner prescribed in the Bid Data Sheet.
