Tenders are invited for Construction of DC Office in Ceeldheer in Galmudug State of Somalia under Prosperis Program Funded by Royal Norwegian Embassy and Swiss NIS is looking for qualified contractor to undertake Construction of DC office in Ceeldheer. All interested contractors/suppliers are requested to submit their applications together with below listed support documentations and other requirements for consideration: 1. Licences/Registrations: The company should submit the following registrations/Licenses. Valid registration or operating license permits from the Ministry of Public works federal Government of Somalia. Valid registration license from Ministry of public works Galmudug State Tax compliance certificate: Submit evidence of State tax compliance. Statement of ownership: The company shall submit a signed public notary document stating the ownership of the company (Name, position contacts and shares) NOTE: FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL ABOVE LICENSE WILL LEAD TO AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION. 2. Experience submit contract as per below table: The company should fill in the below table for the previous 3 main relevant/similar contracts on construction works that the company has implemented with INGOs and UN agencies for the last 5 years and attach the respective 3 contracts with all its annexes. NB: ALL the contractors interested in this advert should submit all the following required document in the attachment. Submit filled and stamped BoQ in both excel and Pdf version. Must submit filled and stamped supplier ethical standard form attached. Contractors who have a valid contract with NIS will not be considered in this bidding process.
