ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Tenderers must provide: ¥ A copy of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or a valid Tax Compliance Letter (TCL) ¥ A copy of a valid PPC registration certificate in the category of Pipelaying with a minimum Grade 2 rating. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procedures specified in the Government of Jamaica policies. N.B: A tender security in the form of a bond or Bank Guarantee, stamped by the Commissioner of Stamp Duty in the amount of JA$100,000.00 is required.
