The main purpose of this procurement process is to refresh the existing external trade suppliers panel and extend the coverage by adding addition service categories to it via an open market competitive process. This supplier panel will: Provide additional labour capacity for the internal Trade Services team, Provide addition trade services outside the capabilities of the internal team, Allow easier procurement and less administrative burden in supplier engagement, Provide financial savings in comparison to market rates for the respective trade services, Foster training opportunities within the trades industry. Foster a partnership model with the University and its external trade services suppliers. Trade Services require external trade labour in the following trades: Carpentry Electrical Electrical testing Painting Plumbing, incl.
