Tenders are invited for Supply of Chain Link and Barbed Wire in 20 Districts Tender Document last selling / downloading Date and Time: 12-Sep-2024 15:30 Tender/Proposal Closing Date and Time: 13-Sep-2024 16:00 Tender/Proposal Opening Date and Time: 13-Sep-2024 16:30 Eligibility of Tenderer: All the Bidders with the following Criteria: The bidders must be registered as domestic manufacturer with a valid Industrial license for manufacturing of chain-link and barbed wire. The products must be domestically manufactured in Bhutan and finished imported goods shall not be considered. The domestic manufacturer must produce Bhutan Standard Bureau Certificate and Value-added Certificate to authenticate the value added, issued by the Department of Industry, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment, Bhutan. Any firms identified as dealerships by the domestic manufacturer shall not be permitted to bid. The decision of the Tender Committee shall be final and binding in the event of any discrepancies.
