The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Full-Scope, Full-Discipline And Complete Design Documentation For The Task Covered By This Procedure. The Scope Of The Documentation Includes The Development Of: A) Two Variants Of The Land Development Concept Taking Into Account Various Solutions In Terms Of Spatial Layout, B) A Construction Design Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Regulations Containing All Opinions, Arrangements And Consents Necessary To Obtain A Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Or Decision Building Permits, Including: ◦ Development Design Of The Investment Area Developed On Current Situational And Elevation Maps On A Scale Of 1:500 With The Boundaries Of The Plots On Which The Works Will Be Carried Out, Along With Obtaining All Required Industry Agreements And Permits, ◦ Architectural And Construction Design, ◦ Technical Design Including Detailed Technical And Construction Solutions, C) Industry Technical Designs, Including Possible Designs For The Reconstruction Of Devices That Interfere With The Implementation Of The Task, Along With Obtaining The Conditions For Removing The Conflict And Agreeing On The Adopted Solutions With The Owners Of The Devices, D) Executive Designs Prepared In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technologiz Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program, E) Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Which Will Specify The Technical Parameters And Functional Requirements Of The Products Used, Planned In Design Documentation; F) Bills Of Quantities For All Industries Based On Sst With Specification Of Cpv Codes, G) Investors Cost Estimate Based On The Current Price Database (E.G. Sekocenbud), Sst With Specification Of Cpv Codes For All Industries. As Part Of The Project, On Plot No. 99 In Szklary Górne, The Location Of An Additional Segment For The Needs Of Pre-School Education Should Be Planned, Including 2 Teaching Rooms With A Capacity Of 25 Seats Along With A Sanitary Facility (Intended For 2 Kindergarten Classes), A Cloakroom Or A Place, E.G. In The Corridor, For Placing Clothes Lockers, A Dispensing Room Meals (Place For Collecting And Distributing Meals) Along With A Dishwashing Room, Unless The Kindergarten Part Is Connected To The School.
