1. The Subject Of This Order Is To Perform The Task Titled: Automatic Doors In Osir Wola Facilities Co-Financed By Pfron As Part Of The Program Entitled: Accessible Public Space.2. In The Scope Of The Above The Tasks Include Construction Works Involving The Renovation Of The Entrance Doors Of Osir Wola Facilities Located In Warsaw At The Following Streets: Redutowa 37 (Hala Reduta), Kajetana Garbińskiego 1 (Pływalnia Nowa Fala), Esperanto 5 (Pływalnia Foka), Obozowa 60 (Hala Koło) And Retrofitting The Existing Entrance Door Of The Building Located At Ul. Marcina Kasprzaka 1/3 (Pływalnia Delfin) With An Automatic Drive Device, Along With Inspection, Maintenance And Servicing Services Without Additional Payment.3. The Facilities Are Equipped With A 24-Hour Monitoring System, But No Physical Security Has Been Employed. If The Contractor Fails To Install And Connect The Door Within One Day, During The Facilitys Opening Hours: • Foka Swimming Pool Mon-Fri From 06:00 -22:00 Sat - Sun 08:00 - 22:00 • Delfin Swimming Pool Mon-Fri From 07:00 -22:00 Sat - Sun 08:00 - 22:00 • Nowa Fala Swimming Pool From 07:00-22:00 Sat – Sun 08:00-22:00 • Hala Koło Mon-Sun. At 08:00 :22:00 • Hala Reduta Mon-Sun. At 08:00 :22:00 Should Secure The Facility Appropriately. Securing Facilities During Works And Within The Work Area Is The Basic Responsibility Of The Contractor And Should Be Carried Out At His Expense. The Contractor Is Liable For Any Damage Caused Due To The Lack Of Appropriate Security, Including Thefts Occurring Throughout The Facility When The Building Was Not Properly Secured. Physical Protection Is Considered Appropriate Security When The Building Does Not Have Doors That Can Be Secured After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party On The Terms Of Such Security. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Is Included In The Annex To The Swz - Design Documentation With Annexes. Bills Of Quantities Constitute Auxiliary Material.
