The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Modernization Of The Lighting Infrastructure In The Istebna Commune As Part Of One Public Order. The Scope Includes The Replacement Of Energy-Inefficient Lighting Fixtures With Led Technology Fixtures, In Accordance With The Detailed Design (Pw) Constituting An Integral Part Of The Tender Documentation. The Location Of The Modernized Infrastructure Is Included In The Annex To The Pw - Map Attachment (Appendix No. 1). The Above Scope Includes: • Replacement Of 171 Led Luminaires. As Part Of The Modernization Of The Existing Infrastructure, Current Lighting Standards And Technological Solutions Should Be Taken Into Account. It Is Recommended To Replace The Existing Sodium Luminaires With New Led Luminaires. Modernization Should Take Into Account That New Luminaires Meet The Lighting Standard. Before Starting To Install The Luminaires In A Given Location, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present A Single-Line Diagram, Consistent With The Street Topology, Along With The Division Into Lighting Cabinets And Individual Circuits. The Submitted Documentation Must Include The Id Of The Point Specified In The Attribute Table And A Qr Code With The Binding Used. The Qr Code In Question Should Be Placed In Pole Recesses On Cable Lines. It Is Also Required That, Together With The Material Applications, The Contractor Must Submit A Supplemented Table Of Attributes (Tabular Annex), Including The Types And Parameters Of The Fixtures Used. The Above Table Of Attributes (Tabular Annex) Should Be Presented With The Offer In Order To Verify The Equivalence Provision: Fixtures Are Considered An Equivalent Solution , Whose Total Energy Balance (Luminaire Power) Cannot Be Higher Than In The Reference Table, Luminaires With A Luminous Flux Emitted From The Luminaire Not Less Than That Used In The Design (Photometric Calculations). A Deviation From The Reference Parameters Of Photometric Results Is Allowed Provided That The Requirements Of The Polish Standard Pn-En 13201 Are Met, Excluding The Luminance Of The Illumination Intensity On Roadways, I.E. The Tolerance For The Parameters Lm, Em And Emin For The Roadway Is +/- 10% In Relation To The Reference Calculations Photometric Tests, Provided That The Above Requirements Are Met. Standards Assuming The Same Parameters (Road Width, Module Width, Maintenance Factor, Installation Height, Angle Of Inclination, Surface, Etc.) It Is Assumed That These Parameters Will Be Met At A Level No Worse Than In The Reference Calculations With Permissible Deviations. The Contractor Is Obliged To Document Compliance With The Requirements By Preparing And Attaching To The Offer A Lighting Design Containing All The Elements Along With A Source File Saved In The .Dlx Or Equivalent Format. Calculations And The Presentation Of Calculation Results Must Be Fully Consistent With The Adopted Ones.
