The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Supervision Activities Within The Meaning Of Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Zut During Construction And Installation Works On A Site: Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Of Street Network In The Town Of Trastenik, Municipality Of Dolna Mitropolia The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of Construction Supervision Work For The Site: Activity 1. Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Object, Until Its Acceptance And Commissioning, According To The Requirements Of The Zut And Guaranteeing The Application Of The Bulgarian Regulatory Requirements; Activity 2. Fulfilling The Function Of Safety And Health Coordinator, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 03/22/2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions In The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works; Activity 3. Preparation Of A Technical Passport According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006 For The Site Or For The Relevant Part Of It, If The Phased Handover Of Parts Of The Construction Contract Is Carried Out. The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements Are Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For This Public Procurement.
