The General Objective Of The Contract Is Represented By Design, Technical Assistance From The Designer And Execution Of Works Related To The Project: Modernization Of Thermal Energy Distribution Networks To Final Consumers In The Municipality Of Craiova – Phase I, In Accordance With The Sf, For The Following Main Works: • Full Replacement Of The Existing Networks In The Classic Solution Of Thermal Networks In Existing Thermal Channels, Using Steel Pipes, Insulated With Mineral Wool Protected Water-Repellent With Bituminous Cardboard And Replacement Of Hot Water Supply Pipes For Consumption And Recirculation Using Insulated Galvanized Steel Pipes. The Newly Designed Thermal Networks Will Be Made Of Steel Pipes Pre-Insulated With Polyurethane Foam And Pehd Pipe Protective Jacket. For Domestic Hot Water Pipes, Galvanized Steel Pipes Will Be Used. • Provision Of Equipment For Monitoring The Integrity Of The Pipes That Make Up The Set Of Thermal Networks For Supplying Thermal Energy For Heating And For Supplying Hot Water For Household Consumption. • Installation Of Thermal Energy Meters With Remote Data Acquisition (Reading) And/Or Radio System At All Block Stairs. The Meters Will Be Located On The Branch Pipes And Will Be Provided Both For Measuring And Recording The Amount Of Thermal Energy Supplied, And For Measuring And Recording The Amount Of Hot Water For Domestic Consumption. The Meters Will Be Equipped With All The Necessary Accessories For A Correct Flow Measurement (According To The Manufacturers Specifications) And For Remote Data Transmission. The M-Bus System Is Preferable, With A Data Transmission Cable, So That Consumption Readings Can Be Transmitted Directly To The Thermal Points, Without Requiring Service Personnel To Reach The Meters (The Radio Or Wi-Fi Transmission System Transmits The Data Up To Maximum 100 M). • Installation Of Hydraulic Balancing Systems At Each Branch (Through Differential Pressure Valves)
