The Contractors Portfolio Must Contain: (1) Factually Justified Information About At Least Two Specialists Without Limiting The Medical Indication. The Specialists Must Be Approved Service Providers Of The Statutory Health Insurance Companies. (2) The Information Must Be Based On Data And Be Objectively Comprehensible. For Rare Or Particularly Complex Cases, Suitable Service Providers Should Be Identified In A Blinded Survey With The Support Of An Economically Independent Committee Of Experts. The Expert Committee Must Consist Of At Least 300 Highly Specialized Specialists From All Medical Disciplines In Order To Be Able To Provide Insured Persons With Well-Founded Information About Suitable Specialists, Even In The Case Of Particularly Rare Diseases. (3) The Service Provider Sends Written Information To The Insured Person That Is Understandable To Laypeople. The Information Must Be Sent To The Insured Person Within 2 Working Days (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays And Public Holidays) After All Patient Information And Findings Have Been Submitted. In Addition, The Information Must Be Factually Justified. (4) At The Patients Request, The Contractor Arranges An Appointment With The Doctor/Clinic Chosen By The Patient. (5) The Evaluation And Reporting Is Carried Out By The Contractor And Must Be Made Available To The Client At Regular Intervals, Once A Quarter. (6) The Participating Insured Persons Will Receive Follow-Up Care For A Period Of 24 Months After Consulting A Named Doctor And Will Be Asked About Customer Satisfaction And The Development Of Their Health Using Scientific Questionnaires Specific To Common Illnesses.
