Opcs Mission Concerns Work Relating To The Accommodation Establishment For Dependent Elderly People (Ehpad) Résidence Du Pays Capdenacois Has Brought Together Since 2041, Two Establishments Located Respectively In Capdenac-Gare And Asprières. The Current Capacity Of The Establishment Is Overall 135 Beds And 25 Ssiad Places Distributed As Follows: - Ehpad “Le Gai Logis” In Capdenac-Gare: 70 Beds And 25 Ssiad Places, - Ehpad “Bel Air” In Asprières: 65 Beds . Lopc Will Intervene During The Following Phases: Project Manager Design Phase, Site Preparation Phase, Work Execution Phase, Work Acceptance And Perfect Completion Phase. The Work Is Currently Estimated At Approximately 12,800,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax And Includes A Forecast Of 15 To 20 Separate Lots.
