The procurement is an open invitation to suppliers who have the necessary capacity and capability and wish to submit a proposal for the AT Ambassadors contract. We are looking for a supplier who can meet our need for trained and friendly ambassadors to assist the public with AT services, products, and initiatives. The ambassadors will be deployed at various locations and events across Auckland, such as bus and train stations, ferry terminals, cycleways, and open days. The ambassadors will also promote ATs brand and values and act as a liaison between AT and the community. The successful supplier will be well equipped to coordinate deployment according to ATs needs, monitor and report on their performance and feedback, and ensure compliance with health and safety, privacy, and quality standards.
