INTRODUCTION The Mauritius Revenue Authority is inviting bids from eligible bidders for the Selection of a Consultant for a Centralised Customs Control Centre at the Integrated Customs Clearance Centre (ICCC), Le Chaland Road, Plaine-Magnien. B. BIDDING DOCUMENT Bidding documents can be downloaded from the Government of Mauritius procurement website: publicprocurement.govmu.org/publicprocurement/ as from Tuesday 20 August 2024. C. SUBMISSION OF TENDERS Bidders are requested to submit their tenders in sealed envelopes clearly marked MRA/RFP_CCTVCONSULT/25/24 addressed to the Director General, Mauritius Revenue Authority and lodged in the Tender Box situated on Level 8- Ehram Court, Cnr. Mgr Gonin & Sir Virgil Naz Streets, Port-Louis Mauritius by Thursday 19 September 2024 not later than 1500 hours. Bids received through fax and electronic bids will not be accepted. D. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday 30 August 2024 at 1000 hours on Level 6 - Custom House, Mer Rouge, Port-Louis. The pre-bid meeting will be followed by a site visit at the Integrated Customs Clearance Centre. E. The Mauritius Revenue Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
