Marianki”6. Activity-Friendly Zone - Playground7. Ene Due Rabe - Revitalization Of The Playground8. Retrofitting The Playground On Ul. Mickiewicza In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract And Documents Constituting Its Integral Part, I.E.: The Contractors Offer Together With The Offer Cost Estimate Prepared By The Contractor And Technical Documentation, Including Stwior And Bills Of Quantities. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Included In § 1 Of The Draft Contractual Provisions. Warranty And Guarantee 1. The Contractor Will Provide A Quality Guarantee For A Period Of 36 Months For The Works Performed And The Playground Equipment Delivered, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract By Both Parties. 2. The Contractor Provides A Warranty For The Works Performed (For A Period Equal To The Warranty Period) For Defects From The Date Of Signing By Both Parties Of The Acceptance Protocol For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. Detailed Provisions Regarding Guarantees And Warranties Are Included In §15 Of The Draft Contract. Iii. Equivalent Solutions1. If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters.
