Quotation are invited for Provision of Transportation Services to Near East Foundation Service Requirements: Services are required for 8 hours a day, typically from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, without accommodation or additional payments. The company must provide the names of drivers and vehicle information to NEF. The company must provide drivers based on NEFs specific requests and requirements. NEF may require the driver to work on non-regular working hours, on non-working days, and during holidays. Vehicle and Driver Requirements: The vehicle must be an SUV, model year 2021 or newer. The vehicle must have a minimum of 2 functional airbags (Driver + Passenger), ABS/EBD, an emergency kit, and a fire extinguisher/tool kit. The driver should have relevant experience (experience with INGOs is an advantage), a valid drivers license, and car registrations. The driver must have a valid residence card, ID and driving license. The driver should preferably be from the city where the services are required (e.g., if NEF request is for Ramadi, the driver should be from Ramadi). The vehicle must be in excellent condition (body, mileage, A/C and heating, engine). NEF will not cover extra costs such as fuel, maintenance, or accommodation. If a vehicle encounters issues, the company must provide a replacement with the same specifications upon request.
