Tenders are invited for Construction of 50 VIP Temporary Disable-Friendly Communal Latrines in Burhakaba IDP Camps This EOI does not guarantee a contract of any nature. All proposals will be reviewed and only vendor that meet the required criteria above will receive more details and an invitation to enter into an agreement Evaluation Criteria Bids will be evaluated based on the following criteria: 5.1. Technical Evaluation (60% Weighting): Understanding of Project Requirements (15%): The extent to which the bidder demonstrates a clear understanding of the project requirements and objectives. Methodology and Work Plan (20%): The feasibility and appropriateness of the proposed methodology and work plan. 5.2. Experience and Qualifications (15%): The bidders experience and the qualifications of key personnel assigned to the project. 5.3. Technical Capacity (10%): The bidders technical capacity, including the availability of necessary equipment and resources. 5.4. Financial Evaluation (40% Weighting): 5.5. Cost Eectiveness (30%): The overall cost-eectiveness of the bid, including the accuracy and competitiveness of the pricing. 5.6. Financial Stability (10%): The financial stability of the bidder as demonstrated by the submitted bank statements and financial records 5.7. Compliance Check: Compliance with Tender Requirements: Bidders must comply with all submission requirements. Incomplete or non-compliant bids will be disqualified. 5.8. Site Visit (Optional: PASOS may conduct a site visit to inspect the bidders previous work and verify references. This will be factored into the overall evaluation. 6. Contract Terms 6.1. Contract Award The successful bidder will be awarded a contract based on the evaluation of their technical and financial proposals. PASOS reserves the right to negotiate terms and conditions before the final contract is signed. 6.2. Contract Duration The contract duration will be specified in the final agreement, with an expected start date and 26 August 2024 and ends 8 Sept 2024 6.3. Payment Terms Payments will be made in USD as follows: Advance Payment: 20% of the contract value upon signing the contract. Progress Payment: 50% of the contract value upon completion of 50% of the work, verified by PASOSs technical team.
