The Thompson Nicola Regional District (Owner) Invites Proposals, Through This Negotiated Request For Proposal (Nrfp), From Proponents For The Pritchard Water Treatment Plant Project.The Proponent Is To Include The Following Work That Represents A Base Proposal:New Water Treatment Building, Including Doors, Foundations, And Concrete Clearwell;Installation Of Vendor-Supplied Ultra-Filtration Equipment (Uf Skids, Feed Tanks, Clean-In-Place System, Ancillary And Support Equipment); Removal Of The Old Intake Pumps And Installation Of New Submersible Intake Pumps;Treated Water Distribution Pumps, Piping, And Appurtenances;Sodium Hypochlorite Dosing System370m Of New 150Mm Diameter Watermain, Tie-Ins To The Tnrd’S Existing System, And Appurtenances;External Backwash Water Pump Station And Forcemain To The Wastewater Treatment Plant;Miscellaneous Process Piping, Instruments And Controls, And Ancillary Items;Related Hvac Equipment;Related Electrical Equipment, Controls, And Instrumentation;Gravel Access Driveway, Site Grading, Shallow Storm Infrastructure, And Ditching;All Others Items As Shown On The Attached Drawings.In Addition To Responding To The Base Proposal, The Proponent Is Invited To Propose Any Value-Added Items That The Proponent Believes Will Reduce The Cost Of The Project, Improve The Constructability Of The Project, Or Improve The Performance Of The Facility.
