Bids Are Invited For Housing Repair Habitability Program

The Municipality Requires Contracting The Execution Of Repair Works For 18 Homes In The Commune Of La Pintana, Whose Beneficiaries And Addresses Are Identified In “Annex I” Of These Bases And In The Technical Specifications. The Projects Have Been Prepared By Qualified Personnel From The Habitability Program, Previously Endorsed And Approved By The Technical Counterpart Of Fosis And The Seremi Of Social Development And Family. The Works Are Carried Out In The Homes Of The Beneficiary Families, With Their Residents Normally Residing There, And Mainly Consider The Repair Of Vertical Walls, Partitions, Roof Coverings, Ceilings, Electrical Installations, Sanitary Installations, Replacement Of Doors, Windows, Replacement And Fitting Out Of Housing Modules, Installation Of Furniture Considered As Technical Aids, Painting, Coatings, Cleaning, Clearing Of Work Areas And Removal Of Debris.
