B23-06506-Cbo: Formalized Open Call For Tender Procedure Relating To A Mixed Single-Award Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders And Subsequent Contracts For A Third Party Application Maintenance Service For The Scientific Applications Of The Iresne Institute. The Services Covered By This Framework Agreement Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specifications Referred To In Article 2 Above And All Of The Aforementioned Cea Documents, As Well As The Requirements Of The Texts And Standards In Force. This Framework Agreement Includes Three Phases: - The Support Phase (3 Months) - The Operational Phase (30 Firm Months + 12 Optional Months + 3 Optional Months) - The Reversibility Phase (2 Months Parallel To The End Of The Operational Phase). The Service Applies To A List Of Identified Scientific Calculation Tools (Ocs), Databases (Bdd) And Human Machine Interfaces (Hmi), Called The “Objects” Of The Scope. The Contractual Scope Of The First Year Will Be Established After An Inventory Of The Objects In The Scope By The Holder And After The Cea Has Ruled At The End Of The Takeover Phase On The State Of The Objects (In Maintenance In Operational Condition (Mco), Excluding Maintenance (Excluding Mco), Archived (Arch)). This Framework Agreement Includes Some Fixed Unitary Services On Purchase Orders As Well As Services On Subsequent Contracts. The Total Ceiling Amount Of The Framework Agreement Amounts To €7,000,000 Excluding Tax.
