The Services Are Regulated By Fixed Prices.
Following The Classification Without Follow-Up Of The Previous Consultation (22Drh01), The Sagpc Is Relaunching The Group Contract With Compulsory Membership Allowing All Staff To Benefit From Complementary Social Protection In Terms Of Health (Medical, Surgical And Hospitalization Costs). The Staff Guaranteed Under This Contract Is Made Up Of: All Salaried Staff (Permanent Contract And Fixed-Term Contracts Of 3 Months Or More) Belonging To Management And Non-Management Colleges. Employees With Short-Term Fixed-Term Employment Contracts (Less Than 3 Months) May Be Exempt From Joining Collective Mutual Insurance In Compliance With Legal Provisions. Only Guaranteed Employees Will Benefit From The Benefits Provided For In This Contract. For Reimbursement Of Costs Incurred, They May Also Request The Affiliation Of Their Beneficiaries, Within The Limits Of The Services Provided For In The Special Conditions.
