The City Will Select A Single Integrated Project Team, Led By A Qualified Architectural Firm, To Provide All Services From Pre-Design Through Post Construction, To Design And Deliver The New Indoor Firing Range As Outlined In This Rfp, While Meeting The Project Goals Summarized In The Reference Document, New Indoor Range Owner’S Project Requirements June 2024 (See 7.7.1.2 In Appendix F), Which Will Be Confirmed During The Pre-Design Validation Phase.
