The It Requirement Sometimes Grows Faster Than Internal Staff Can Be Built Up And If It Falls, The Reduction Of Internal Staff Is Slow. This Need For Scaling Is Answered With External Outsourcing. One Form Is To Support Some Applications As Managed Applications. This Support Takes Place In Both Classic And Agile Environments. This Procurement Measure Focuses On Individual Developments In The Area Of Apps (Ios/Android) And Web Applications With The Languages Swift, Kotlin, Java Se And Javascript. The Applications Run In The Azure Cloud Or On An On-Premise Kubernetes Cluster. Candidates For External Support Include, For Example, The Mobile Phone Parking App Or An Internal Application For Structural Inspection. The Services For A Managed Application Include: Development: -The Contractor Must Continuously Coordinate With The Client Regarding The Technologies Used And New Developments On The Market. -A Broad Understanding Of Various Integration/Deployment And General Build Tools Is Required. -Application Development Is Carried Out According To The Clients Specifications And Development Guidelines And The Agile Approach Defined By The Client. -Fixing Incidents And Problems As Third Level Support. -Continuous Refinement Of Customization And/Or Integration Designs Test -Building And Testing Components. -System Testing (Optional): Preparation And Execution Of Product Tests To Ensure That Each Application Meets The Functional Requirements And That All Applications Work Together. User Experience / User Design (Optional): -The Ux Activities Are Carried Out In Coordination With The Ux Specifications On An Pages And Concern The Development Of User Stories Before And During The Programmatic Implementation In Order To Achieve The Greatest Possible Added Value For Swms Customers / Employees Create. -The Ux Results Are Coordinated With The Product Owner, Who Makes A Concrete Decision On This Basis. Service Management: -Central, Controlling Responsibility For The Service Definition -Holistic Responsibility For Efficient And Effective Service Management (Incident/Problem/Change/Service Request, According To Itil) -Quality Assurance, Monitoring Of Service Provision And Continuous Improvement -Budget Responsibility And Service Cost Accounting For The Contract Term Is For All Applications Together Assume An Order Volume Of A Maximum Of 3000 Tickets Per Year With An Average Processing Time Of 8 Hours. This Can Fluctuate Significantly As Applications Are Added, Applications End The Life Cycle And Unexpected Adjustments To The System Landscape / Regulations / Technical Situation Are Necessary.
