Tenders Are Invited For Addition Of An Elevator To The Hotel Building And Its Reconstruction

1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works In A Four-Story Hotel Building, Consisting Of The Addition Of An Elevator To The Existing Hotel Building And Its Reconstruction, And The Performance Of Electrical Works On An External Elevator. The Construction Works Will Include, Among Others: 1.1. Earthworks - Dismantling A Fragment Of The Concrete Block Band, Manual Excavation Of The Cavern, Securing The Excavation, Backfilling With Soil From The Excavation After Completion Of The Works And Removal Of Excess Soil, Spreading The Soil And Restoring The Concrete Block Band; 1.2. Reinforced Concrete Structures - Construction Of The Foundation Slab And Walls Of The Elevator Shaft In The Underground Part, Construction Of Reinforced Concrete Rims Of The Shaft, Construction Of A Reinforced Concrete Ceiling Slab; 1.3. Masonry Works - Building The Walls Of The Shaft With Concrete Blocks On Thin-Layer Mortar, Installing Prefabricated L19 Lintels, Bricking Up Window And Door Openings, Installing Internal Fire-Resistant Doors Ei 30. Insulation - Thermal And Moisture-Proof Insulation Of Foundation Walls And External Walls Of The Shaft; 1.4. Scaffolding – External Tubular And Internal Frame; 1.5. Demolition Works - Cutting Out Pvc Windows And Window Sills In The External Walls, Cutting Out Doors, Partition Walls, Removal, Removal And Disposal Of Rubble; 1.6. Plastering Works - Execution Of External Thin-Layer Plasters Included In The Thermal Insulation System, Internal Cement-Lime Plasters Of Ceilings, Walls, Door Jambs And Gypsum Plasters; 1.7. Floors - Tearing Off Existing Floor Coverings, Leveling The Subfloors, Laying Stoneware Floor Tiles, Plinths On Adhesive Mortar And Grouting; 1.8. Painting Works - Painting The Elevator Shaft From The Outside And Inside, Painting Ceilings And Walls Inside The Rooms Indicated In The Design; 1.9. Installing A Passenger Lift - All Required Activities Related To Delivery, Assembly, Technical Acceptance Of The Passenger Lift And Commissioning; 1/10 Modernization Of Existing Internal Electrical Installations - Construction Of New Electrical Installations. The Works Will Be Performed On An Active Facility And May Not Cause Nuisance To Other Parts Of The Facility Not Covered By The Works. The Method Of Organizing The Works Will Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Set Out In: Annex No. 1 - Construction Design.
