The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Supervision Activities Within The Meaning Of, In Connection With Art. 166 And Art. 168, Para. 2 Of The Law On Territorial Development (Zut) During Construction And Assembly Works Object: Reconstruction, Repair And Increase In Energy Efficiency Of The Building Of The Home For Old People In The Village Of Gorna Mitropolia, Municipality Of Dolna Mitropolia. The Scope Of Construction Supervision Work Includes: Activity 1. Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Object, Until Its Acceptance And Commissioning, According To The Requirements Of The Zut And Guaranteeing The Application Of The Bulgarian Regulatory Requirements; Activity 2. Fulfilling The Function Of Safety And Health Coordinator, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions In The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works; Activity 3. Preparation Of A Technical Passport According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006 For The Object Or For The Relevant Part Of It, If The Phased Handover Of Parts Of The Construction Contract Is Carried Out. The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements Are Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For This Public Procurement.
