The Client Annually Carries Out Several Major And Minor Investment And Maintenance Projects Based On The Current Action And Financial Plan, Mainly As An Execution Contract Or A Turnkey Contract Developed By The Developer. In This Connection, The Client Intends To Enter Into Framework Agreements For Consultancy Services For Engineering Assignments Related To Construction. The Framework Agreements Are Intended To Cover The Main Part Of The Clients Continuous Need For Consultancy Services In The Following Fields: 1. Construction Engineering (Rib) 2. Electrical Engineering (Rie) 3. Electrical Automation (Rieaut) 4. Heating, Ventilation And Sanitary Engineering (Riv ) 5. Fire (Ribr) 6. Acoustics (Riaku) 7. Geotechnics (Rig) 8. Environment (Rim) The Supplier Must Staff The Assignment With A Permanent Adviser Per Subjects During The Agreement Period. In Addition To The Permanent Adviser Offered, The Supplier May Use Other Personnel With The Necessary Qualifications To Increase Capacity, Strengthen Competence/Professional Breadth, For Routine Work Or For Work Of Less Significant Importance To The Assignment. Assignments Must Be Remunerated According To Elapsed Time And According To Agreed Rates, Unless Otherwise Agreed. When The Framework Agreement Is Invoked, The Supplier Is Obliged To Deliver Consultancy Services In Accordance With The Contract. The Client Intends To Enter Into Parallel Framework Agreements With Up To 3 Suppliers Per Category In Priority Order, Provided There Are 3 Suitable Suppliers And Offers.
