Tenders Are Invited For Construction And Rehabilitation Works Of Seed Stores

Tenders are invited for Construction and Rehabilitation Works of Seed Stores in the Intervention Zone of the Securalim Project The contracting authority for this public contract is Enabel, a public limited company with a social purpose, having its registered office at 147 rue Haute, 1000 Brussels (company number 0264.814.354, RPM Brussels). As a Belgian development agency, Enabel supports developing countries in their fight against poverty on behalf of the Belgian government. In addition to this public service mission for the Belgian government, Enabel also performs services on behalf of other national and international organisations contributing to sustainable human development1. For this public contract, Enabel is validly represented by Mr. Jacques Fournier, Intervention Manager of the SECURALIM programme. The contract must be executed and interpreted in accordance with Belgian law. The parties undertake to fulfil their commitments in good faith in order to ensure the successful completion of the contract. In the event of a dispute or difference of opinion between the contracting authority and the successful bidder, the parties will consult each other to find a solution. In the absence of an agreement, the courts of Brussels shall have sole jurisdiction to find a solution. The works concern the construction and rehabilitation of seed stores in the intervention area of the SECURALIM project. At the time of writing these special specifications, the contracting authority has not yet gathered all the technical elements necessary for carrying out the works on the various sites (Name of the sites, number of stores per site in detail, etc.) and the approach is currently being implemented. Through this procedure, Enabel aims to conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of five (05) economic operators with a view to entrusting them with the execution of contracts for the construction/rehabilitation of these infrastructures Tender Link : https://www.enabel.be/grants/
