Request for proposals are invited for Providing a Final Evaluation of the Impact of the Rehabilitation Program under EJ-YMCA EJ-YMCA-RP strive to achieve the following strategic objectives: · Specific Objective 1: Enhanced mental health and reintegration of targeted beneficiaries and their families · Specific objective 2: Enhanced capacities of MHPSS practitioners Specific Objective 3: Enhanced level of rights holders and duty bearers engagement (primary and secondary) to uphold the rights of targeted beneficiaries. · Objective of the Assignment The overall objective of this consultancy assignment is to provide a final evaluation of the impact of the rehabilitation program under the EJ-YMCA This entails assessment of the competencies, capabilities, resources, as well as donors, partners and stakeholders in addition to the assessment of beneficiaries feedback. In addition to considering all the changes occurred in the socio-political and economic context that requires evaluating the work the EJ-YMCA is doing including but not limited to its objectives, targeted groups, areas of interventions, relevance and its unique offering.
