COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (GOODS AND WORKS) Interested companies are to collect Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the Head of Procurement, National Water Resources Institute, Mando Road, Kaduna on evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of N10,000 only per Lot in the National Water Resources Institutes TSA in any reputable commercial Bank in Nigeria. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids, packaged separately in sealed envelope and clearly marked as Technical Bids or Financial Bids. Thereafter put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Director General, National Water Resources Institute, Mando Road, Kaduna and clearly marked with the name of the project and the lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and should be deposited in the Tender box at NWRI Mando Kaduna, not later than 12:00 noon Monday 16th September 2024. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS The technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for the submission by 12 noon Monday 16th September 2024 at the NWRI board room in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the financial bids will be kept unopened.
