Tenders are invited for Construction and Installation of High Quality Modern Renewable (Street Light) for General Security Suppor in some Selected Locations Niger and Kano States and Abuja, Fct 4. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (GOODS AND WORKS) Interested companies are to collect the standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the head of procurement, national water resources institute, mando road, Kaduna on evidence of payments of non-refundable Fee of N10, 000.00 (ten thousand naira) only per Lot, in the national water resources institutes TSA in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. 5. SUBMISSION OF THE TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the director general, national water resources institute, mando road, Kaduna and clearly marked with the name of the project and the Lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of the sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and should be deposited in the Tender Box at NWRI, Mando Kaduna, not later than 12:00noon on Monday, 16th September, 2024. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS The technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadlines for submissions by 12:00noon on Monday, 16th September, 2024 at the NWRI board room in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened.
