Tvt Asunnot Oy Requests An Offer For The Overall Contract. The Object To Be Demolished Is Located In The Ilpoinen District Of Turku. There Are Two Apartment Buildings Built In 1992 To Be Demolished. The Seven-Story Buildings Have A Total Of 67 Apartments And Public Spaces. The Object Has A Steel Frame, The Intermediate Floors Are Hollow Tiles And The Facades Are Coated Steel Cassettes. As A Roof Bitumen Cream. The Apartments Have A Balcony/Green Space With 4 Mm Tempered Glass With An Aluminum Profile On The Inside. Wet Spaces Are Implemented With Spatial Elements. An Existing Vss Space Will Be Left Between The Houses To Be Demolished, The Pipes Of Which Will Be Plugged. At Least 70% Of The Generated Demolition Waste Must Be Recycled. A Demolition Permit Has Been Applied For The Site From The City Of Turku And The Housing Finance And Development Center (Ara).
