Sealed Bids Will Be Received By The City Of Sparta, Georgia (Owner), For Furnishing All Materials, Labor, Tools, Equipment, And Any Other Miscellaneous Items Necessary For The Construction Of The Phase 1 Water Treatment Plant Clarifier Rehab Project In The City Of Sparta, Georgia. Bids Will Be Received At The City Of Sparta, City Hall, 12912 Broad Street, Sparta, Georgia 31087 Until 2:00 P.M. On September 20,2024. Any Bid Received After Said Time And Date Of Bid Opening Will Not Be Considered By Owner. Bids Will Be Publicly Opened And Read Aloud At This Time And Location. The Project Consists Of, But Is Not Limited To The Following Major Elements:Replacement Of Clarifier Media In Existing Westech-Trident Package Filter Unit, 2 Each; And Repairs To Damaged Air Laterals And Influent Water Piping Inside 2 Each Clarifiers. In Addition, The Following Components Will Be Furnished And Replaced For The Trident Units:1)1 Each Streaming Current Monitor With Accessories2)2 Each Head Loss Transmitters, One Per Filter.
