Sealed Proposals From Qualified Firms Will Be Received By The Clarke County School District Inthe Office Of Purchasing & Contracts, 595 Prince Avenue, Athens, Georgia, 30601, Until 1:00 Pm (Edt) On September 11,2024. Proposals Shall Be Submitted Via Email.A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference & Site Visits Will Be Held For Interested Vendors At 8:30 Am (Edt) On August 29, 2024.The Conference Will Be Held At The District Services Building, Located At 145 Paradise Boulevard. Athens, Georgia 30607.Optional Site Visits Are Scheduled For August 29, 2024, Immediately After The Pre-Proposal Conference And August 30, 2024,Beginning At 8:30 Am (Edt). No Alternate Dates Will Be Available. All Proposers Not Attending The Site Visits Will Be Asked Toprovide Signature Of Non-Attendance Of Visits. Please Review The Solicitation Prior To The Meeting.
