1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Room No. 104 In The Building At Ul. Prusa 14 Biochemistry Laboratory.2. As Part Of The Work, The Existing Tiles Should Be Removed From The Walls, Smoothed, The Entire Room Should Be Repainted White. New Tiles Should Be Placed Next To The Washbasin And Above The Countertops. For The Floor To Be Replaced, The Pvc Lining Should Be Removed, The Leveling Layer Removed, The Surface Leveled And New Stoneware Tiles + Plinth Placed. The Existing Electrical Installation Is Subject To Modernization By Expanding The Switchgear With New Elements (Made Of Non-Flammable Cables), Replacing The Room Lighting With A Hermetic - Chemical-Resistant Led Type. A New Water And Sewage Installation Should Be Installed In The New Laboratory Tables. Construction Works Include: • Chipping The Tiles Together With Glue From Walls• Tearing Off The Pvc Lining• Chipping Out Metal Door Frames• Manually Dismantling Partition Walls• Manually Removing The Leveling Layer From The Floor• Taking It Outside And Removing And Disposing Of Demolition Debris• Making A Leveling Layer Under Concrete Floor Tiles• Laying Tiles Near The Washbasin And Between The Countertop And Hanging Cabinets• Priming The Walls• Applying Cem-Lime Plaster.
