The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Implementation Of The Integrated It System (Hereinafter Zsi) Along With The Launch Of E-Services Tailored To The Needs Of Odolanowski Zakład Komunalny Sp. Z O. O. Related To The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Delivery, Licensing And Implementation Of The Integrated It System For Odolanowski Zakład Komunalny Sp. Z O.O. In The Field Of Management Of A Water Supply And Sewage Company Such As Odolanowski Zakład Komunalny Sp. Z O.O. Taking Into Account The Development Of E-Services In Accordance With The Description Below: A) Granting A License For Zsi; B) Process Analysis And Optimization; C) Data Conversion, System Configuration And Implementation; D) Employee And Administrator Training; E) Provision Of Support Services Post-Implementation For A Period Of 36 Months.2. Zsiw Functional Requirements, The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Granting A License And Delivery Of The Integrated It System. The Software Provided To The Ordering Party Should Contain At Least The Following Modules (Proper Names) Assigned By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Use Its Own Names For Modules As Long As They Have The Minimum Functionalities Of The Module Described Below: Finance And Accounting, Customer Service Office, Ebok, E-Services Receivables And Liabilities, Fixed Assets, Order Management, Water And Sewage Billing System , Document Circulation, Transport, Assortment And Warehouse, Sales Records, Purchase Records, Infrastructure, Mass Correspondence, Water Meter Management, Controlling: Analyzes, Reporting, Tariffs, Administration, Integration With Other Systems, Implementation - Preparation Of The It Environment, Launch Of The It System, Training Users, Administrator Training, Provision Of Post-Implementation Support Services For A Period Of 36 Months. The Offered System Must Be Compliant With Applicable Law On The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Entire Subject Of The Order Described In Chapter Iv Swz And Annex No. 8 To Swz(Opz) 3. The Ordering Party Allows For A Different Zsi Organization Than The Above (I.E. Different Nomenclature, Inclusion Of Functional Requirements In A Different Subsystem/Module/Area Than Described By The Ordering Party). In The Above Situation, The Contractor Will Ensure That The Delivered Subsystems/Modules/Areas Meet All The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Detailed And Functional Scope Of The Integrated It System4. The Ordering Party Allows Supplementing The Missing Functionality During The Implementation. The Subjective Addition Cannot Affect The Agreed Implementation Schedule5. Requirements For The Implementation Of Zsi 1) As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All Work Related To The Implementation Of The It System By June 30, 2025. 2) The Implementation Should Be Divided Into Stages Related To The Productive Launch Of Selected Functionalities.
