Pelplin. 2. The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Performance Of Comprehensive Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of The Surface Of The Square At Primary School No. 2 In Pelplin. The Scope Of Work To Be Carried Out Is Indicated In The Attached Documents, I.E. Drawing No. 1 - Site Plan, Drawing No. 2 - Cross-Sections, Bill Of Quantities, Stwior. 3. Scope Of Construction Works To Be Performed: 1) Demolition Of The Existing Surface Made Of A Trylinka Concrete Slab And Concrete Surface; 2) Demolition Of The Existing Foundation; 3) Grading Of The Surface For New Layers Of Foundation; 4) Layering Of New Foundation; 5) Setting Concrete Resistors; 6) Construction Of A Surface Made Of Concrete Cubes; 7) Regulation Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure; 8) Height Connection To Adjacent Surfaces; 4. The Contractors Obligations Will Also Include: 1) Providing Surveying Services For The Entire Construction Process; 2) Security Of Works During The Construction Period. 3) Preparation And Implementation Of A Temporary Traffic Organization Project And Work Security During The Construction Period, And Then Obtaining Its Approval From The Relevant Road Management And Traffic Management Authority; 4) Preparation And Approval Of A Traffic Organization Project For The Purpose Of Stopping School Buses At The Edge Of The Road. Kościuszki Or Carrying Out The Works In Such A Way As To Enable Buses To Stop And Turn Around In The Modernized Square. 5) Proper Security Of The Construction Site, Including The Provision And Operation Of All Temporary Safety Devices Such As: Barriers, Barriers, Warning Lights, Handrails, Fences, Etc., Thus Ensuring The Safety Of Vehicles And Pedestrians. 6) After Completion Of The Works, Tidy Up The Area, Repair Any Damage And Possibly Pay The Owners Appropriate Compensation For Inability To Use Or Other Permanent Damage. An Integral Part Of The Documentation Will Be Photos Cataloged In A Way That Leaves No Doubt As To The Moment They Were Taken And The Object They Document. 9) The Contractor Will Be Able To Transport Materials And Equipment To And From The Construction Site Only On Roads Whose Condition Has Been Inventoried In The Above-Mentioned Manner. In The Event Of Any Claims For Compensation For Damage To Roads Caused By Construction Transport, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Them At His Own Expense. 5. The Order
