Networks – Tender For A Framework Agreement For The Delivery, Installation And Implementation Of Active Lan And Wlan Components As Well As Service And Maintenance Services. The Subject Of The Procurement Project Is The Award Of A Framework Agreement For The Delivery, Installation And Implementation Of Active Network Switches And Wlan Components For Retrofitting The Clients It Infrastructure, Along With Service And Maintenance Services, To A Competent And Efficient (Suitable) Company. The Functionalities Of The Network Switches And Wlan Infrastructure Must Necessarily And Demonstrably Meet The Must Criteria In Accordance With Section 4.3.10 Of The Khzg Funding Guidelines For The Funding Criteria Of Section 19 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 10 Khsfv. The Contractors Main Service Items Include In Particular: • Delivery, Configuration And Commissioning Of The Hardware (Switches And Access Points) As Well As The Entire Network Infrastructure In Migration Waves, • Inclusion Of All Necessary Licenses For The Access Points And Switches, • Provision Of Training Services For The Employees Of The It Department Of The Client, • Service And Maintenance Services Regarding The Delivered Components. To Implement This Project, Various Switch Types With Different Minimum Requirements As Well As Microswitches And Access Points Must Be Purchased. A Detailed Description Of The Individual Lan And Wlan Components, Including The Respective Performance Requirements For Them, Can Be Found In The Service Description In Appendix 1 And The List Of Services And Price Sheet In Appendix 2 To Part F Of The Tender Documents (“Offer Documents (Framework Agreement And Appendices)”). In Addition, All Services Must Be Provided By The Contractor To Ensure Uninterrupted Clinic Operations And Always In Close Coordination With The Client. The Contractor Must Ensure, Among Other Things, That The Scope Of Coordination Is Reduced As Much As Possible By Developing A Process And Implementation Standard Immediately After The Order Is Placed In Order To Ensure Efficient Implementation Of The Project Over The Course Of 2025.
