The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Construction Of An Extension To The Existing Building Of The Třeboň Senior Home, Namely On A Plot Of Land That Was Acquired By The South Bohemian Region As A Gift From The City Of Třebon For The Purpose Of Building A Facility Providing Social Services - Třeboň Senior Home Extension. The Building Will Be Connected To The Existing Building Of The Home For The Elderly By A Connecting Neck And Will Have 4 Above-Ground Floors. Of These, 3 Floors Will Be Client Floors With A Capacity Of 34 Beds. All Rooms Will Be Equipped With Sanitary Facilities (Toilet + Bathroom), Kitchenette, Access To The Terrace (Possibility Of Extending The Bed To The Terrace). On Each Floor, There Will Be Two Small Dining Rooms For Clients, A Central Bathroom, A Nurses Room, A Shaft For Dropping Off Used Linen, A Storage Room For Shopping Supplies And Facilities For Cleaning. A Large Social And Activity Room Will Be Created On The 4Th Floor. The Roof Of The Building Will Be Partially Covered With Grass And Will Be Used For Client Activation. There Will Be A Raised Garden And A Shelter For Sitting.
