Construction Work – Public Works Contract Relating To The Surroundings Of A New Hospital - Market 06: Surroundings. This Special Specifications Concerns The Part Of The Surroundings Of Phase Ii Which Completes The Extension Project Of The Chwapi Hospital In Tournai. This Contract Includes The Development Of The Area Bounded To The South By Rue De La Citadelle, To The East By Rue De Barges, And Buildings 800 And 700 Of Phase I. It Also Includes The Transformation And Extension Of The Existing Waste Area In Order To Adapt It To The Needs Of The Unique Site. The Total Surface Area To Be Developed Is +/-18,000 M². This Work Includes: • Laying Out Floor Coverings And Earthworks For The Entire Area; • Plantations; • The Installation Of Street Furniture, Lighting And Equipment; • The Development Of The 4 Interior Patios (Cumulative Surface Area Of ​​+/-1,600 M²) • The Development Of The Logistics Yard (+/- 1,280M²) And The Parking Access Ramps (+/- 750M²); • Redevelopment Of The Floor Coverings Of The Existing Waste Area (+/- 500 M²). These Surfaces Include Open Ground Areas And Slab Surfaces On Which Waterproofing Has Already Been Installed. The Contract Includes The Construction Of: • Three Canopies For The Exit From The Car Parks; • An Awning Over The Logistics Yard; • Two Additional Canopies In The Existing Waste Area As Well As A New Room; • Ironwork (Handrails And Guardrails Outside And In Car Parks); • Acoustic Screens On The Roof Of Building 400 • Additional Guardrails On The Roof Of Building 500. The Work Will Be Carried Out In Several Phases Depending On The Release Of The Premises By The Co-Contracting Companies.
