Tenders are invited for End of phase Evaluation of HEKS/EPERs Israel / Palestine Country Program The detailed process with timeframe and specific tasks and deliverables is all detailed above. Starting the data collection parts is expected to begin in mid-September, upon signing contracts with the evaluator and data collectors. The final Evaluation report is expected to be submitted by end of February 2025. The total budget for the whole evaluation process is 25,000 CHF. It is estimated to be split between the data collection parts (~8,000 CHF) and the final reporting (~17,000 CHF). Applications can be submitted either for the whole assignment, including the 1-3 data collections parts, or for the final report part only (see more in section #10 below). To deliver successfully according to these TOR requirements, HEKS/EPER seeks to contract an evaluator/ evolution team/ evaluation company to deliver the final report part and to accompany the data collection parts, as detailed above. As noted, there is an option to apply for all the TORs parts, including the data collection parts or just for the final report compilation part (which will include being informed during the 3 data collection parts). The application must specify to which parts it is applying and the skills and capacities relevant to delivery of each part (with the relevant budget).
