Tenders are invited for Provision of Dietary Services - Two Contractual Years ELIGIBILITY OF CONTRACTORS To be considered eligible at the time of tender opening, your tender must include the copy of a valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) Registration Certificate in the category: Canteen Concessionaire Services or Catering A valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) 1 Valid Ministry of Health Licence for operating a food handling establishment * Completed and signed Bid Submission Form. Non-compliance with all or any of the criteria above will, result in automatic disqualification of tender. SCOPE OF WORK The University Hospital of the West Indies is requesting Proposals from suitably qualified companies to provide dietary and catering services for patients at the Hospital.
