These services may include: Estimate peer review Parallel estimation Ad hoc estimation advice associated with dispute and variation review Other commercial advisory services NZTA is looking for EOI responses from individual professional services suppliers who have the appropriate skills and experience to deliver independent Cost Consultancy Services, with the purpose of: 1. confirming the level of interest from the market, including current service providers and those wanting to develop their offering in this area; 2. better understanding the capability of the market in this area; and 3. informing the development and finalisation of the proposed panels procurement strategy, tender documents and panel management structure. An electronic copy of the EOI documentation is attached to this advertisement with further information on the EOI process and information sought. Responding to this EOI involves submitting a letter, no more than four single sided A4 pages. EOI responses shall be provided not later than 4pm Tuesday 3 September 2024. This EOI is not a shortlisting or the commencement of a formal procurement process. This EOI is not a commitment to release a Request for Proposals for the Cost Consultants Panel but rather an initial step to prepare for this. Any Request for Proposals for the Cost Consultants Panel will be separately advertised on GETS at a later date. EOI submissions are to be uploaded to the GETS eTender box in a single file (pdf format). The GETS file upload limit is 20 MB.
