Tenders are invited for Translation and Interpretation The National Democratic Institute (NDI) seeks to establish preferred vendor relationships with a pool of translators and interpreters for programmatic and administrative needs in Iraq. Selected vendors would be engaged by NDI on an as needed basis and expected to sign a year-long rate agreement outlining fixed rates for services. NDI regularly uses interpretation services in Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Dohuk, Baghdad and Basra; however, other areas will be considered. Rate agreements will begin October 1, 2024.
