Request for Qualifications to Provide Investigative Services .The Texas Department Of Banking Is Requesting Statements Of Qualifications From Qualified Individuals Or Firms (Each A “Respondent”) Who Wish To Perform Financial Investigation And Forensic Accounting Services, In Accordance With The Specifications Contained In This Rfq, Including Any Addenda, Amendments, Modifications, Or Attachments Hereto. The Tdob Will Select The Most Qualified Respondent To Negotiate A Contract At A Fair And Reasonable Price Pursuant To Which The Successful Respondent Will Perform The Services (The “Contract”). The Respondent Whose Qualifications Result In The Contract With The Tdob, Is Referred To As The Contractor In This Rfq.
